Sa Event na may temang “Para Harayo sa Aksidente, Pedicab Driver Pirmi Maghihirot sa Byahe,” binigyang diin ang kahalagahan ng kaligatasan sa kalsada at pagiging alerto sa araw-araw na biyahe.
