Sinabi ni Calbayog City Mayor Raymund “Monmon” Uy na hindi naman nila tinututulan ng buo ang 20-Billion Peso Project ng Gemini Wind Energy Corporation (GWEC), na local partner ng singapore-based na Vena Energy.
