Sinabi ni NIA Administrator Eduardo Guillen, na maari nang makabili ng mas murang bigas ang mga senior citizen at mga miyembro ng 4Ps at pagkatapos ng launching nito sa susunod na linggo ay mabibili na rin ang 29 pesos per kilo na bigas sa mga Kadiwa Centers.
