DARBC members seek clarification on CDA writ of execution

SEVERAL members of the Dolefil Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative (DARBC) are seeking transparency and clarification from the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) regarding a writ of execution issued on February 24, 2026.

Oscar Serohijos, an agrarian reform beneficiary, pioneering DARBC member, and former rank-and-file labor union official, said they want clarification on the current status and scope of the writ.

“We respectfully ask the CDA to identify and explain the precise legal effect of the pending injunction and to implement only those portions of its final directives that are not suspended or prohibited by a valid court order,” Serohijos said in an interview on “BARANGAY 882,” hosted by Gilbert Perdez over DWIZ 882 AM and ALIW Channel 23. He was joined by fellow ARBs Roland Donasco and Jose Teruel.

A separate matter involving the CDA proceedings and the temporary injunctive relief granted in a June 24, 2026 resolution is reportedly pending before the Court of Appeals Special 23rd Division.

The group stressed that it does not intend to preempt the appellate court or accuse any cooperative director of criminal liability.
