Ayon sa Health Emergency Alert Reporting System ng Department of Health, ang mga evacuees ay pawang mga residente mula Regions 1, 2, 3, MIMAROPA, V, VI, VII, IX at CAR.

Dahil dito mahigpit ang paalala ng DOH sa mga evacuees na maging maingat at panatilihingi malusog ang kanilang pangangatawan.
Ayon sa kagawaran, madaling kumalat ang mga sakit sa loob ng Evacuation Center dahil maraming tao ang nasa iisang lugar.
Para maiwasan ang pagkakasakit ipinaalala ng DOH na sundin ang sumusunod na hakbang:
– maghugas ng kamay gamit ang sabon at tubig
– gumamit ng alcohol kung walang sabon at tubig
– maghugas ng kamay bago kumain
