HINDI pinagbigyan ng COMELEC ang hiling ng election observers mula sa European Union (EU) na magkaroon ng access sa polling centers sa halalan sa Mayo a-dose.
Inihayag ni COMELEC Chairman George Garcia na sinabihan ng EU observers ang poll body na hindi sila maaring pagbawalan sa loob ng mga presinto dahil labag ito sa international standards.
