Pinag-aaralan ng Department of Education (DepEd) na magpatupad ng ilang Saturday Classes para ipang-bawi sa mababawas na bilang ng school days, kapag ibinalik na ang dating school calendar sa susunod na school year.
Sa hearing ng House Committee on Basic Education and Culture, sinabi ni DepEd Director for Curriculum and Instruction-Bureau of Learning Delivery Leila Areola, na plano ng ahensya na simulan ang school year 2024-2025 sa July 29 at tapusin ng March 31 sa susunod na taon.
