Umabot sa 2,742 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) mula sa Samar at Northern Samar ang tumanggap ng Certificate of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCRoM), Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA), at mga e-titles sa ilalim ng Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). Ang seremonya ay ginanap ngayong Disyembre 8, 2024, sa Calbayog City.
Bagamat hindi nakadalo si Senadora Imee Marcos dahil sa masamang panahon, nagpadala siya ng mensaheng nagbigay-diin na wala nang utang ang mga ARB at 100% libre na ang kanilang mga titulo.
Dumalo sa distribusyon sina DAR Assistant Secretary Rene Colocar, Samar 1st District Representative Stephen James Tan, Vice Governor Arnold Tan, at ilang alkalde.
