Ayon sa Department of Health, ang pang-labing isang kaso ay isang tatlumpu’t pitong taong gulang na lalaki mula sa National Capital Region na nagsimulang dapuan noong Aug. 20 ng mga sintomas, gaya ng kakaibang rashes mukha, braso, binti, ibaba ng dibdib, palad at talampakan.
