Ikinatuwa naman ng Trabaho Partylist na nakamit ng Pilipinas ang isa sa pinakamababang unemployment rate ng bansa, naniniwala ito na dapat pa ring pagtuunan ng pansin ang pagpapataas ng sahod at paghandog ng dagdag benepisyo sa mga manggagawa.
Ito ang reaksyon ni Atty. Filemon Ray L. Javier, tagapagsalita ng Trabaho Partylist, matapos iulat ng isang research institution na ilan sa mga bagong trabaho ay nagpapasahod nang mas mababa sa tinatawag na “national average daily basic pay” o ADBP.
Ayon sa Trabaho Partylist, magandang ulat na may trabaho kahit papaano ang mga manggagawa, ngunit hindi dapat tumigil dito ang pag-unlad. Aniya, dapat pang isulong ang mataas na kalidad ng trabaho, disenteng sahod at dagdag benepisyo.
Iniulat ng research institution na IBON Foundation na nakamit ng Pilipinas ang isa sa mga all-time-low unemployment rate.
Nasa tamang direksyon naman ang trend na ito dahil ayon sa IBON Foundation ay paangat naman ang kalidad ng trabaho kumpara sa nakaraang taon.
