MAHIGIT tatlundaang indibidwal ang inilikas matapos umapaw ang Layawan River sa Oroquieta City sa Misamis Occidental bunsod ng tuloy-tuloy na pag-ulan.

Ilang kabahayan sa Barangay Villaflor ang pinasok ng tubig makaraang umapaw ang naturang ilog.
