HINARANG ng Philippine Coast Guard – Southern Tagalog ang isang wing van truck na isasakay dapat sa Batangas Port dahil sa mga hindi otorisado at delikadong karga nito.
Ayon sa Coast Guard, ang truck na patungo sana sa Caticlan ay may lulang walongdaang LPG tanks, dalawampung fire extinguishers at tatlumpu’t limang lata ng pintura at epoxy.
