Batay sa imbestigasyon ng DMW, nagsasagawa ang Reiven ng recruitment activities sa loob mismo ng opisina ng Reliable, kabilang ang orientation para sa mga aplikanteng inaalok nila ng mga trabahong fruit picker, farmer, truck driver, at welder patungong Poland.
Ipinapangako ng dalawang kumpanya ang sahod na humigit-kumulang P90,000 at sinisingil ang mga aplikante ng halagang P70,000 bilang processing fee.
