Pinaalahanan ng Overseas Workers Welfare Administration o OWWA ang mga overseas Filipino workers na mag-ingat sa mga fixer.

Ayon sa OWWA, libre ang lahat ng kanilang serbisyo kabilang ang repatriation, livelihood at iba pa.

Sinabi ng OWWA na nakatatanggap ito ng mga sumbong tungkol sa mga fixer at indibidwal, kabilang ang ilang online accounts, na nang-aabuso sa mga programa ng ahensya para sa mga OFW lalo na ang mga distressed workers.
