Oral arguments sa Maharlika Fund at 2025 national budget, itinakda ng Supreme Court

INANUNSYO ng Supreme Court (SC) ang pagsasagawa ng oral arguments sa petisyon na kumukwestyon sa legalidad ng Republic Act No. 11954 o the Maharlika Investment Fund (MIF) Act of 2023.

Itinakda ng kataas-taasang hukuman ang oral arguments sa April 22, 2025, sa SC Baguio compound.
