Ayon kay Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Director General Undersecretary Isagani Nerez, matapos ang confirmatory tests na kanilang ginawa, ang sigarilyong ‘tuklaw’ ay mayroong taglay na synthetic cannabinoid na ang epekto ay kahalintulad ng epekto ng tsongke na mahigpit na ipinagbabawal sa ilalim ng Dangerous Drugs Act.
