Matatandaang noong Miyerkules ay nagpatupad ang ahensya ng dry run mula alas tres ng hapon hanggang alas otso ng gabi, bilang bahagi ng final preparations upang matiyak ang kahandaan ng tulay para sa pagdaan ng mas mabibigat na sasakyan.
