Sinabi ni Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DepDev) Eastern Visayas Regional Director Meylene Rosales, RDC Vice Chairperson, na ang 2025 RDR ay ang ikatlong annual assessment ng implementasyon ng Eastern Visayas Regional Development Plan (rdp) 2023-2028.
