AMINADO ang Office of Civil Defense (OCD) na hindi pa handa ang Pilipinas sa magnitude 7.7 na lindol na kagaya ng tumama sa Myanmar noong Biyernes.

Sinabi ni OCD Administrator Undersecretary Ariel Nepomuceno na hindi nila pwedeng pagandahin ang sagot dahil kailangan pang maghabol ng Pilipinas sa paghahanda.
