NAGSIMULA ng gumawa ang Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) sa Northern Samar Provincial Jail sa bayan ng Bobon ng mga tinapay at pastries sa ilalim ng bagong livelihood initiative na tinawag na “Panaderia sa Selda.”
Ang naturang proyekto ay bahagi ng mas malawak na skills enhancement at livelihood program ng Northern Samar Provincial Development para sa vulnerable sectors.
