Sa kaniyang radio program, sinabi ni Remulla na hindi kapani-paniwalang magkakasama at pare-pareho ang kilos ng lahat ng labingwalo sa buong salaysay nila.
Gayong ang affidavit aniya ay dapat nakabatay lamang sa personal na karanasan.
Itinanggi rin ni Remulla ang paratang na nakipagpulong umano siya sa mga prosecutor ng ICC.
