Sa press briefing sa Malacañang, sinabi ni Finance Usec. Karlo Adriano, mas malaki ang mawawalang kita ng gobyerno kumpara sa makukolekta nito kapag tinapyasan o sinuspinde rin ang Value Added Tax sa mga produktong petrolyo.
