Sa Kapihan sa Manila Hotel forum, sinabi ni DMW Undersecretary Bernard Olalia na ang naturang halaga ay kinabibilangan ng 2 billion pesos sa ilalim ng kanilang action fund at 1.5 billion pesos na nasa ilalim ng kanilang Emergency Repatriation Fund (ERF).
