ISINAPUBLIKO ng National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) na pinatatakbo ng pamahalaan ang kanilang P1.33-Billion Four-Year Modernization Plan para mapagbuti ang training ng mga Filipino Seafarer.
Sa pamamagitan ng suporta mula Kamara, positibo ang NMP na makapagse-secure ng pondo mula 2025 hanggang 2028 para mapaghusay ang kanilang maritime training equipment at facilities, pati na infrastructure sa loob ng 16-hectare complex sa Barangay Cabalawan, Tacloban City.
