INAPRUBAHAN ng Senado ang mosyon na amyendahan ang Legislative Calendar para iurong ang pagpapatuloy ng sesyon sa Dec. 29 at adjournment sa Dec. 30.
Sa sesyon kahapon na tumagal lamang ng siyam na minuto, nag-motion si Senate Majority Leader Migz Zubiri na magkaroon ng karagdagang oras para sa preparasyon at ratipikasyon Conference Committee report ng Proposed 2026 National Budget.

Inihayag naman ni Senate Finance Committee Chairperson Sherwin Gatchalian na ipi-print nila ang draft ng enrolled bill, at ibabahagi ito sa BICAM members at iba pang mga mambabatas, saka lalagdaan kasama ang BICAM report sa Linggo, Dec. 28, alas diyes ng umaga.
Itinakda naman ang ratipikasyon ng dalawang kapulungan ng Kongreso sa Dec. 29.
