INANUNSYO ng Supreme Court (SC) ang pagsasagawa ng oral arguments sa petisyon na kumukwestyon sa legalidad ng Republic Act No. 11954 o the Maharlika Investment Fund (MIF) Act of 2023.
Itinakda ng kataas-taasang hukuman ang oral arguments sa April 22, 2025, sa SC Baguio compound.
Sa kanilang petisyon, humirit sina senate minority leader Koko Pimentel, Bayan Muna Chairperson Neri Colmenares at dating Bayan Muna Rep. Carlos Zarate at Ferdinand Gaite, ng Temporary Restraining Order at Writ of Preliminary Injunction laban sa MIF
Tinukoy na respondents sa petisyon ang Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Land Bank of the Philippines, at Development Bank of the Philippines.
