Ombudsman, bumuo ng Special Panel of Prosecutors na mag-iimbestiga sa Flood Control Projects

BUMUO ang Office of the Ombudsman ng Special Panel of Prosecutors para siyasatin ang mga maanomalyang Flood Control Projects.

Ang hakbang ay alinsunod sa mandato ng Ombudsman na imbestigahan, nang may pagkukusa, ang anumang pagmamalabis o pagkukulang ng sinumang opisyal ng pamahalaan o empleyado, opisina o ahensya, kapag ang hakbang ay lumilitaw na iligal, hindi makatarungan, mali, o hindi epektibo.
