BILANG tugon sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Sinabi ni MMDA Chairman Atty. Don Artes na nais ng ahensiya na gumugol ng inobasyon sa pamamagitan ng Advancing Traffic Detection mula sa Ground Loop Detector patungong Video Detector.
