Sa inisyal na imbistigasyon ng Calbayog CPS, ang biktima ay nakahandusay sa kalsada malapit sa kanyang motorsiklo at wala ng buhay.
Ang biktima ay kakauwi lamang mula sa kanyang trabaho.
Ilang sandali pa ay bumalik siya sa city proper, sakay ng kanyang motorsiklo.
Nang marating ang lugar ng pinangyarihan, isang hindi pa nakikilalang salarin na sakay ng motorsiklo ang biglang bumaril sa biktima mula sa likuran.
