INIHARAP sa media ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ang driver ng sports utility vehicle (SUV) na may protocol plate number “7” at ilegal na dumaan sa EDSA Busway.
Ayon kay LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, ang driver na nakilalang si Angelito Edpan at ang kulay puting Cadillac Escalade ay nakarehistro sa Orient Pacific Corporation.
