Leyte Geothermal Power Plant, makatutulong pagbaba ng singil sa kuryente sa Eastern Visayas

SA gitna ng pagtaas ng singil sa kuryente bunsod ng lumobong generation charges, inaprubahan ng Regional Development Council (RDC) ang resolusyon na humihikayat na payagan ang mga electric cooperative na bumili ng kuryente nang direkta sa Leyte Geothermal Plant.

Sinabi ni Allan Laniba, Private Sector Representative for Energy Sector ng RDC, na isa ito sa mga hakbang na makatutulong para bumaba ang singil sa kuryente sa rehiyon.
