Ipinatawag na ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ang driver ng kotse sa isang viral video sa Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Sa nasabing video, nagmamaneho ang umano ay lasing na lalaki, at may maririnig sa background na may mga kasama ito sa sasakyan.
Pumasok pa ito sa “one way” na kalsada at nang harangin ng enforcer ay binanggit nito ang pangalan ni “Kitty Duterte”.
Ayon kay LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, nakadidismayang proud pa ang driver at mga kasama nito sa ginawa nilang paglabag sa traffic rules.
Naglabas ng Show Cause Order ang LTO laban sa may-ari ng sasakyan at driver nito at inatasang humarap sa LTO Central Office sa Oct. 15
