Nang matukoy ang kanyang pagkakakilanlan, tumuloy ang mga otoridad sa huling kilalang tirahan ng suspek at agad na nagsagawa ng hot pursuit operation na nagresulta sa kanyang pagkakaaresto.
Nagsagawa ng body search sa suspek at nakuha mula sa kanyang posesyon ang isang pink mini sling pouch na naglalaman ng mga sumusunod na bagay tulad ng US dollar bills, digital scale, pera na nagkakahalagang 2,314.62.
