KINUMPIRMA ng National Bureau of Investigation na pinayagan ng Korte ang dating TV host na si Jay Sonza na magpiyansa kasunod ng pag-aresto sa kanya noong nakaraang linggo dahil sa kasong cyberlibel.
Sa video statement, sinabi ni NBI Director Atty. Melvin Matibag na nakakuha sila ng bagong order mula sa Regional Court ng Pasay na may petsang May 2, at itinakda ang piyansa ni Sonza sa 10,000 pesos.
