Japan, pinautang ang Pilipinas para sa rehabilitasyon ng MRT-3

INAPRUBAHAN ng Japan ang 8.1 billion pesos na halaga ng loan ng Pilipinas para sa rehabilitasyon ng MRT-3. 

Nilagdaan ng Pilipinas at ng Japan ang kasunduan para sa second supplemental loan na gagamitin sa pagsasaayos ng MRT-3 para sa mas ligtas at maginhawang biyahe ng mga commuter.
