Sinabi ni Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr., na naglabas ang Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) ng Show Cause Orders sa siyam na farms sa Central Luzon na matatagpuan sa Bulacan, Pampanga, at Tarlac.
