PINAG-iisipan ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) na ipasara ang illegal bus terminal sa Pasay City at mga kahalintulad na establisimyento sa iba pang mga lungsod.
Ito’y matapos punahin ni Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon ang hindi magandang kalagayan ng isang bus terminal – mula sa marumi at maliit na washrooms, mga pasaherong naghihintay sa ilalim ng shed na gawa sa tarpaulin, kawalan ng cooling fans, at iba pa.

Sinabi ng kalihim na hindi dapat pinahihintulutang mag-operate ang ganitong iligal na terminal, kasabay ng pagbibigay diin na hindi makatarungan para sa mga pasahero na nagbayad ng mahigit dalawanlibong piso para sa kanilang biyahe, na maghintay nang walang upuan at walang bentilador.
