Ito’y bilang bahagi ng mga hakbang ng pamahalaan upang mabawi ang umanoy Ill-Gotten Wealth ng mga personalidad na sangkot sa kontrobersyal na Flood Control Projects.
Sinabi ni DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon na nagsumite ang Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) ng listahan ng Air Assets na naka-rehistro sa Misibis Aviation & Development Corp., na pinamumunuan ng anak ni Zaldy Co na si Michael Ellis.
Umaabot sa kabuuang 74.650 million dollars ang halaga ng mga Aircraft na naka-rehistro sa Misibis Aviation, kabilang ang isang Gulfstream 350 na nagkakahalaga ng 36 million dollars at isang Agustawestland AW1399 na nagkakahalaga ng 16 million dollars.
Samantala, ang Hi-Tone Construction and Development Corp. ni Christopher Co ay may kabuuang 7.940 million dollars ng Air Assets na naka-rehistro sa CAAP, kabilang ang isang Agusta A109E na nagkakahalaga ng 6.9 million dollars.
Samantala, hiniling din ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) na i-freeze ang halos kalahating bilyong pisong halaga ng mga mamahaling sasakyan ng mga personalidad na sangkot sa umano’y maanomalyang Flood Control Projects.
