Sa nasabing video, makikitang inaaresto ang dating kongresista ng mga kinatawan mula sa Immigration.
Ibinahagi ng kaniyang anak na si Axl Teves sa kaniyang Facebook ang video ng pagkakadakip sa kaniyang ama na ayon sa kaniya ay isang uri ng “kidnapping” at “pang-aabuso”.
Sinabi ni Axl na walang dalang Warrant of Arrest o anumang dokumento ang mga dumampot sa kaniyang ama.
Umapela si Axl sa pamahalaan ng Timor Leste na sundin ang Rule of Law at huwag magpadala sa gobyerno ng Pilipinas.
Habang handa naman ang pamahalaan na iuwi ng bansa ang ang sinibak na kongresista ng Negros Oriental 3rd District na si Arnolfo Teves Jr.
Pahayag ito ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sa balitang pag-aresto kay Teves sa Timor-Leste.
