Sa official switch-on, hinimok ni Governor Carlos Jericho Petilla ang iba pang Local Government Units at Government Offices sa Lalawigan na gumamit ng renewable energy para makatipid sa bayarin sa kuryente at makapag-ambag sa Climate Change Mitigation Efforts.
