LUMIKHA si Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Vince Dizon ng isang unit na tinawag nitong Flagship Project Management Office (FPMO) para pabilisin ang pag-usad ng mga proyekto sa transportasyon.
Ayon sa DOTr, ang pagtatatag ng FPMO ay salig sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Na i-prayoridad ang physical connectivity at mas maiksing biyahe para sa commuters.
