NAPILI si Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle na maging bahagi ng temporary panel, na binubuo ng Camerlengo at dalawa pang kardinal, na in-charge sa ilang paghahanda para sa Conclave na itinakda sa May 7.
Ayon sa Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), kasama si Tagle sa “particular congregation” na isa sa dalawang lupon na nangangasiwa sa administrasyon ng simbahan tuwing “Sede Vacante” o Bakante sa Holy See.
