Calbayog City, isinailalim sa State of Calamity dahil sa Bagyong Opong

NASA ilalim ngayon ng State of Calamity ang Calbayog City, matapos ang pananalasa ng Bagyong “Opong.”

Ayon sa Calbayog City Public Information Office, inaprubahan ng Sangguniang Panlungsod ang deklarasyon ng State of Calamity, kahapon, kasunod ng rekomendasyon na isinumite ng City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.

Layunin ng pagdedeklara ng State of Calamity na pabilisin ang Disaster Response sa Calbayog City.
