DepEd, planong gamitin ang Scholarship Program ng Taguig sa ibang LGUs

POSIBLENG gamitin ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang Learners’ Certificate Scholarship ng Taguig City bilang Model Initiative para sa ibang Local Government Units sa gitna ng pagsisiksikan sa mga paaralan.

Ibinibigay ang Taguig Learners’ Certificate (TLC) sa graduating public elementary students sa lungsod para makapag-aral sila ng high school, ka-partner ang private schools loob ng lokalidad, para lumuwag ang public schools at makalikha ng mas kaaya-ayang Learning Environment.

Sinabi ni DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara na pinag-aaralan na rin nila ang ganitong programa para sa ibang lugar, gaya ng Cavite at Laguna, kung saan masisikip na ang mga pampublikong paaralan.
