Ang granada ay natagpuan ni Lydia Dabandan Mendiola, 46 taong gulang, isang tindera at residente ng nasabing barangay.

Nang kanyang siyasatin, natuklasan niya ang isang orange na PVC pipe na may laman na granada. Dahil dito, agad siyang humingi ng tulong sa mga Barangay Tanod.
