Sa Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas, ipinahayag ni DMW OIC-Regional Director Marlon Macallan na tiyakin muna kung lisensyado at may job orders ang recruitment agency na kanilang lalapitan.

Ayon kay Macallan, mas mabuti kung dumaan muna sa DMW ang mga nagpaplanong magtrabaho sa ibang bansa upang masuri kung legal ang operasyon ng recruitment agency.
Kung ang recruitment ay ginagawa sa mga probinsya, kinakailangan na may ipinapakitang authority ang ahensya para maghanap ng mga magtatrabaho sa ibang bansa.
