Sa ilalim ng Fuel Discount Program for Farmers and Fisherfolk Program (FDPFFP), bawat benepisyaryo ay makatatanggap ng fuel card na nagkakahalaga ng 3,000 pesos na maaaring gamitin sa pagbili ng langis sa partner gasoline stations.
