OPISYAL ng ipinagbawal ng Manila City Government ang pagsusuot ng balaclavas o anumang pantakip sa mukha sa loob ng mga establisimyento at mga pampublikong lugar, sa ilalim ng bagong ordinansa.
Alinsunod sa ordinansa na nilagdaan ni Mayor Isko Moreno noong Nov. 3, bawal ang helmets, masks, balaclavas, o anumang pantakip sa mukha kapag papasok o nasa loob ng commercial, government, o public establishments.
