Ayon sa komisyon, inilabas ng SEC Enforcement and Investor Protection Department ang magkahiwalay na resolusyon na nagkakansela sa Certificates of Incorporation ng St. Timothy Construction Corporation at St. Gerrard Construction General Contractor and Development Corporation.
