Sinabi ni Col. Rico Amaro, Commander ng Philippine Army Task Group Tacloban, na nakikipag-ugnayan sa ibang mga ahensya upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at seguridad sa isasagawang military exercise sa lungsod.
